11. Promote your property to all other reputable and professional brokers.
12. Make information about your property available to prospective out-of-town buyers.
13. Provide regular progress reports and communicate continuously and accurately all information so you will be properly informed of all activity.
14. Counsel with you on current market conditions and manage the sale of your home in order to provide you with the best price, with the least amount of inconvenience and worry.
15. Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, verify that all terms and conditions are carried out according to our contract.
16. Provide you with complete details about our relocation service which are available to you at no cost, regardless of where you are moving.
17. Inform you fully and assist you in taking advantage of all additional @Home Realty Network services that you may need to make your move as convenient as possible.
